REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: BUILDING CONTRACTOR FOR BEACON HEIGHTS DEVELOPMENT
19th May 2023 The St. Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board hereby invites suitably qualified building contractors to submit expressions of interest for the construction of residences at Beacon Heights Development, Basseterre, St. Kitts. All interested contractors must: a)be ready and willing to enter a contractual relationship with the Social Security Board b)be ready to commence construction by September 2023 c)have at least ten years of experience in building homes d)have experience in building homes of at least 2 storeys e)possess a valid Business License f)be up to date with the payment of contributions to the Social Security Board A letter outlining the interested contractor’s years of experience, number of homes (of at least 2 storeys) built to date and a list of all projects completed in St. Kitts and Nevis within the last five years, along with a copy of a valid Business License should be submitted to: The Director of Social Security P.O. Box 79 RLB Building, Bay Road Basseterre St. Kitts The Social Security Board reserves the right to conduct credit checks for all interested contractors and to decline any or all submissions.
