BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, 4^th April 2022 — With great sadness, the St Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board mourns the passing of former Premier and former Minister of Social Security Hon Vance Amory.

Hon Vance Amory served as Minister of Social Security from 2015 – 2020. One of his most impactful decisions included the implementation of the COVID-19 Relief Fund that provided financial support to insured persons whose income were affected by the corona virus pandemic.

Hon Vance Amory will be remembered as a kind and humble servant of the people of this great Nation.

The Social Security Board offers condolences to his wife, children, loved ones and the people of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis.
